The fine print
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
White Rabbit Games (“we”, “our”, “us”) builds simple apps for iPhone and iPad. We respect your privacy and have designed our apps to collect as little information as possible.
Information we collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, usage data, or analytics from our apps. Anything you create — whether it’s a cipher in Coded Messages, a word in Word Guesser, or the clues you track in Clue Detective Notepad — stays on your device or travels directly between you and the people you message. We don’t run servers that receive your personal data. A few of our apps request public reference data from third-party services, or sync your own content through Apple’s iCloud — those cases are described per-app below.
How our apps work
Some of our apps run inside Messages as iMessage extensions; others are standalone apps for iPhone and iPad. For most of them, your activity stays on your device, and the only data that leaves it is content you deliberately choose to share — for example, a message you send through Apple’s Messages service, which Apple handles, not us. A few apps sync your own content through iCloud or look up public reference data online; the specifics are below.
iCloud sync
In apps that support it (such as Duelist Vault), your card collection, decks, and backups are stored on your device and, if you’re signed in to iCloud, synced through Apple’s iCloud service to your other devices. This data lives in your private iCloud account — we have no access to it and never receive it. iCloud data is handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy.
Third-party services
Our apps don’t use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. Any data handled by Apple (such as iMessage delivery, App Store downloads, or iOS system features) is governed by Apple’s privacy policy, not ours.
Card data and images
Duelist Vault displays trading card game data and images retrieved from the community-run YGOPRODeck public API (ygoprodeck.com). When you search for or view cards, the app requests this information from that service. These requests contain only card and set information — never your name, contact details, or any personal identifier. We don’t control YGOPRODeck and aren’t affiliated with it; its use of any request data is governed by its own policies.
Children’s privacy
Our apps are suitable for general audiences. Because we don’t collect any data, we don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how our apps handle data, we’ll update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the apps after a change means you accept the updated policy.
